I’m still waiting on my delivery weeks later, and at this point it feels like it just got lost or forgotten. Frustrating experience.

I’ve been happy with it overall. The build feels genuinely solid and reliable, which gives me a lot of confidence using it day to day. My only hesitation is that repairs could get pricey down the road, but as far as quality goes, it definitely feels like a well-made product

i like the products overall, but getting help with a service issue was frustrating. it took way too long to hear back, and even though the rep was nice, i kept getting bounced around. i had to explain the same issue more than once, which got old fast. for a brand that costs this much, i expected the customer support to feel a lot smoother.

The fridge itself works fine, no real complaints there. But dealing with the warranty stuff was a hassle. I had to call more than once, explain the same problem all over again, and then still sit around for days before anyone gave me a straight answer. For what this thing cost, I figured the support would be a lot smoother...

It works well and it does look really nice, so no complaints there. But for what we paid, I expected a little more?! It’s good, just hard to feel like the price is totally justified

The oven looks great in my kitchen, so I was really hopeful, especially given the price. But after using it for a while, the temperature just doesn’t seem consistent. Some things bake unevenly, and I’m constantly second-guessing the settings. i feel a little misled because I expected much better cooking control from something in this price range

I’ve had this fridge for years now, and it’s still working great. It keeps things cold, hasn’t given me any real trouble, and is holding up way better than some appliances that apparently forget their purpose after a year

I like the fridge overall, and it looks nice in the kitchen, but the temperature just won’t stay consistent. Sometimes it’s perfectly fine, then other times it randomly gets too warm and I’ve had food spoil because of it. It’s frustrating because I don’t hate the fridge, but I also don’t really trust it...

We’ve had our Sub-Zero for a bit now, and overall, it does the main job really well. Food stays cold, the drawers feel sturdy, and the ice maker is faster than I expected. No issues there. Dependable.

That said, for what it costs, I thought it would be quieter. There’s this low hum that kicks in often. Not terrible, just noticeable. Also, one of the shelves is kind of annoying to adjust. Good fridge overall, but not perfect.

We’ve had our Sub-Zero fridge for a bit now, maybe a few months? i can’t remember exactly when it was installed, but it’s been quieter than I expected overall. Every now and then you can hear it kick on, usually at night when the house is totally silent, or at least that’s when I notice it. It’s not really annoying though. I’m taking off one star because the ice maker is kind of loud when it runs, which I swear started right away, or maybe I just didn’t notice it at first.

I was mostly browsing subzero-wolf.com for some design ideas, and the appliances look really clean and high-end. The photos were easy to click through, and I liked seeing how everything actually looks in real kitchens. Some of it felt a little Too Perfect and not always super useful for a normal-sized space, but overall the style is great. I'd give it 4 stars.

I had my Sub-Zero fridge serviced recently, the whole thing just wore me down. It took way too long to even get an appointment, then the tech showed up late and didn’t have the part needed to fix it. I ended up calling back a couple of times just to find out what was going on, which is the last thing you want to deal with when you’re already tired of chasing service people.
The repair ended up costing a lot more than I expected, and then about a week later the fridge started making noise again. For an appliance this expensive, I really expected the service to be smoother and more reliable. At this point, I’m just frustrated and kind of exhausted by the whole experience.

The installer showed up on time and got everything done quickly. It was a smooth process overall, with no unnecessary back-and-forth or delays.

I needed a replacement part for my Wolf oven and, i was kind of surprised they actually had it in stock. Ordering was straightforward, and it arrived sooner than I expected, which was a relief. Maybe I just got lucky, but the whole thing was hassle-free, and I’d definitely use them again.

I started using this mostly for leftovers after making way too much dinner one night, it did a good job. The food still tasted fresh the next day, which was exactly what I needed. The only thing I noticed is that the drawers feel a little tight when pulling them in and out, so it’s not totally effortless. Still, for keeping food fresh, it’s been really useful.
